New President for TiE Pittsburgh

TiE Pittsburgh Announces New President, Prashant Ambe

TiE Pittsburgh, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to fostering global entrepreneurship, today announced that Prashant Ambe, has been elected to serve as board president for a two-year term.

Prashant possesses over 30 years of experience in simulation-driven product design, computer-aided engineering and software engineering. Most recently, as vice president, development services, at ANSYS Inc., he oversaw multiple cross-dimensional functions and supported global development teams across various geographical locations.

Prashant has also started and successfully exited from two ventures. One, a free listing service for home sellers and agents in the Greater Pittsburgh area. The other, an internet marketing company serving small businesses with specialization in digital marketing solutions.
